Hey There!

If you are interested in joining our crew at A-kon, you've come to the right place! Here's what you do:

IMPORTANT!! 

Please read the entire page first, then complete at least Steps 1 and 2, otherwise you cannot be on staff!

There are 42 slots on the crew, but all the good ones go real fast, so for your sake, act now!

Also, registration WILL be closed on April 29th, NO EXCEPTIONS

Step 1 

 

Step 1. If you have not already submitted your A-kon Volunteer Form for this year, then do so first right now!

Make sure that you select "Console Gaming" on ALL THREE Department Choices!
That way it will come straight to our group's attention first. otherwise, there will be delays. 

Once you complete this, or have already done so, go to step 2.

Step 2

Now in Step 2, there are two options:

PLEASE SELECT THE OPTION BELOW THAT APPLIES TO YOU!!

First Option: If you are wanting to join our Core Staff, which is a A-kon volunteer, then click on the link below, go over the Orientation, then fill out the Registration form at the end of the presentation. It only takes a few minutes, and it is the only way you can get onto our crew schedule. You only need to fill this once per person please!

Second Option:  If you are a part of a crew that helps us run tournaments or cosplay, such as Koga, DugFinn, Chris Gold, etc.we would like for you to fill out this form so we can keep track of your personnel and badges.  If you are not a part of these respective crews, or are unsure, then you need to do the Core Staff option.

Step 3. That's it! See, that was easy! Now, all you have to do is follow our event planning forum thread on our site so you can be informed on the latest happenings. You can even chime in with your input. Don't worry, we don't bite!  Thanks!
